Nicklaus scion reportedly suspended two games
CBSSports.com wire rep The is reporting that one of the nations top recruits has been suspended for two games for making an obscene gesture after a contest in Ohio this week.
Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Dwyer tight end Nick OLeary, the grandson of golf legend Jack Nicklaus, was sanctioned by the Florida High School Athletic Association for actions after a game against Cleveland Glenville High.
The FHSAA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Saban: Ingram not likely to play vs. Penn State
CBSSports.comAlabama coach Nick Saban said Wednesday that tailback Mark Ingram is unlikely to play for the top-ranked Crimson Tide against Penn State.
Saban said that last seasons Heisman Trophy winner was able to run Tuesday and his left knee is "improving every day," but he probably wont play against the Nittany Lions.
"Well continue to progress him day-to-day," Saban said. "He hasnt had any swe I would say hes probably not going to be ready to play this week. He might be ready by the game, but he wont be able to practice enough.

More AP Top 25 voters are buying into Boise State as the No. 1 team in the country.
Boise State gained seven first-place votes and closed in on No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Ohio State as the top three teams in the first regular season Associated Press football poll held their spots from the preseason.
The Broncos remained third after a thrilling 33-30 victory against Virginia Tech on Monday night, receiving eight first-place votes and 1,399 points from the media panel, 13 points behind the Buckeyes.
Ohio State received four first-place votes and 1,412 points.

Saban: Alabama won't appeal Dareus suspension
CBSSports.comNo. 1 Alabama wont appeal defensive end Marcell Dareuss two-game suspension to the NCAA.
Coach Nick Saban said Monday "that issue is dead." He says there isnt enough precedent in similar cases to warrant an appeal.
He had indicated late last week that the school would try to get Dareus suspension cut to one game, allowing him to return for Saturdays visit from No. 19 Penn State.
Saban says the two-game hit was fair. Dareus was penalized for accepting nearly $2,000 in improper benefits from an agent on two trips to Miami.

And Andy Dalton wasnt about to sit around and watch the Horned Frogs lose bac and ruin a shot at another BCS-busting season.
The four-year starter set TCUs all-time record for wins by a quarterback, piloting the sixth-ranked Frogs to a 30-21 victory over No. 24 Oregon S surpassing Pro Football Hall of Famer Sammy Baugh.
"We knew all we had to do was win by one," said Dalton, the NCAAs active leader in wins.
